3. AI-generated content
ElixirFeed uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, translations, and visual content. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any content. Users should always refer to the original research sources.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Access to ElixirFeed is provided through a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by third-party provider - Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Because access to the service is provided immediately upon purchase, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, automated scraping, reselling content, or posting unlawful or misleading information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElixirFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on its content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
